for export of any illegal/prohibited items. Attempting to export unauthorized goods may
constitute an offence under the criminal code, and any person committing such an offence is
liable, and upon conviction may be fined or sentenced to prison. If you are unsure about any item,
please ask our staff.

DECLARATION OF CONTENT & ACTUAL VALUE

Please accurately list all items and quantity of each item in your package. Be sure these values are correctly stated as we will not pay for undeclared value for any items listed or unlisted. All items must be insured before ship-out, kindly insure your items. All refunds will be done by the Insurance Company as per the insurance timeline and regulations.

Please note:


1. That DYB Logistics will handle all packages and documentations and hand over the shipment to DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or ARAMEX on your behalf as shipments departs every business day. Depending on your destination, DHL, FEDEX, UPS or ARAMEX will inform you of the duty and local charges if any to be paid, and you can have the payment processed directly through same DHL, FEDEX, UPS or ARAMEX.


2. All shipping fees once paid shall be non-refundable and non-creditable including in the event that the goods are returned, seized or delayed by reason of any regulation or at the discretion of any relevant Authority whatsoever. DYB Logistics shall not be responsible for the refund of the costs or replace any items to the customer.


3. Delivery timeline is 3 to 10 working days or otherwise indicated based on your shipping option and until items are declared missing, time of delivery is not of essence and it is agreed that no time is fixed for the completion of carriage and that we do not guarantee pick-ups, transportation and delivery on a specific date and time, and shall not be liable for a failure to do so or for the consequences of same.


4.The Consignee must note at the point of delivery on the delivery receipt, damage (if any) to the contents of the shipment, shortage in the shipment or any other complaint. Any Complaint not registered at the point of delivery shall be deemed waived.
